While still an earthy perfume, I detect notes of citrus that make this scent feel more energizing. As the name denotes, Black Rose and Ode has floral and woody notes. While Neroli and Basil remind me of a spring-summer scent that is very light, energizing and uplifting with warm citrus and herb scents.

Deodorant: I had the opportunity to try the mini deodorant discovery set from Salt & Stone, which offered a convenient way to sample their range of scents. Ultimately, I fell in love with Santal and Vetiver and purchased the full-sized version. This natural deodorant has gained popularity for its long-lasting odor protection and aluminum-free formula. I appreciate its effectiveness and the confidence it provides throughout the day. I can honestly say I have not had to worry about a smelly moment at all, this deodorant works!
Body Wash: The gel body cleanser is infused with antioxidants, ocean botanicals, and naturally hydrating ingredients. It effectively cleanses the skin while leaving it feeling soft and refreshed. Of course the Santal and Vetiver scent is pleasant. I do not find it overpowering. It is suitable for daily use, and I love that you can compliment the body wash with the matching fragrance from the lotion, deodorant, and body mist.
Body Lotion: Salt & Stone’s body lotion is fast-absorbing, hydrating and does not leave my skin feeling greasy. I believe this is thanks to ingredients like seaweed extracts and niacinamide. It leaves the skin feeling nourished and moisturized. Since it leaves me without a greasy residue I’ve permanently left the lotion in my purse to use as a hand lotion throughout the day.
Body Mist: Salt & Stone’s body mist is a nutrient-rich spray gentle enough to wear on every inch of skin. Infused with Glycerin and Red Algae, it restores moisture while leaving behind the brand’s signature fragrance. I purchased the Santal and Vetiver scent, and it has become a daily habit to wear this refreshing mist. As I’ve said previously, it’s perfect for layering with the matching deodorant and body lotion to amplify the fragrance. It can be misted on clothing or hair to leave an irresistible trail, or to revitalize your hair after you’ve skipped a few washes!

Salt & Stone offers sets at discounted prices, providing an excellent value for those looking to experience multiple products from the brand. These sets allow customers to explore a variety of scents and formulations while enjoying savings compared to purchasing individual items separately. I would say they offer a reasonable price point for their products. Their products are obviously better than what you will find at your local drugstore, but just a smidge beneath luxury fragrance brands such as Le Labo.
